Chuck co-founded Pathway Partners, Ltd. in 1995 and has spent the last 24 years operating the company as a regional investment banking firm. Since founding Pathway, Chuck has been involved in hundreds of transactions providing merger, acquisition, corporate finance and other advisory services to middle-market, privately held companies.

Chuck began his career as an asset-based lender with Union Investment and then went to Alleghany Credit in Pittsburgh.  While at Alleghany, he opened offices in St. Louis, Houston and Detroit.  Chuck is recognized as an expert in the areas of corporate finance and valuation disputes and has testified in a number of legal proceedings.

A graduate of Walsh College, Chuck has been an instructor of business valuation classes in Walsh's master's program.  Chuck is also a graduate of Michigan State Law School (formerly Detroit College of Law), where he graduated magna cum laude.
